Refund Policy

Parties Terms and Conditions

– All parties are strictly 90 minutes.

– Minimum 50% deposit on party booking.

– Final balance, party numbers & food choice must be confirmed 7 days prior to party – Non refundable.

– Minimum of 8 children for parties.

– Toddler parties are weekdays, term time only at 10, 12 or 2pm with a minimum of 6 children.

– All guests are requested to arrive 5 minutes prior to party start time.

Refund Policy

All party deposits are non-refundable, we will however allow wherever possible a change of party date subject to availability. If a payment has been made in error, please contact 07568316170, refunds are at the Directors discretion.
